84IB celebrates 11th Founding Anniversary by distributing food packs in Nueva Ecija

    Fort Magsaysay, Nueva Ecija – In line with the celebration of the 11th Founding Anniversary of the 84th Infantry Battalion with the theme “Ikalabing-isang Matatag na Pagkakaisa” on March 16, the troops of the Charlie “Cyclone” Company led by 1st Lieutenant Sherwin Forro distributed food packs to the residents of Brgy. Namulandayan, Municipality of Lupao, Nueva Ecija on March 18, 2021.
    At least 180 families from the said Barangay received the food packs that each contained three (3) kilos of rice; seven (7) assorted canned goods; three (3) packs of pancit canton; three (3) packs of noodles; and five (5) packs of coffee.
    Robert G. De Leon, Barangay Namulandayan Chairman, together with the members of the Barangay Council helped in the successful conduct of the activity.
    De Leon expressed gratitude to the troops of 84IB for the food packs received by his constituents which came from the personal donation of the 84IB troops.
    The commanding officer of the 84IB, Lieutenant Colonel Honorato S. Pascual Jr., said that the celebration of their founding anniversary has been more meaningful as they were able to share their blessings with the people they serve and protect.
